Banking and browsing security programs can interfere with certain features of the BlackArrow platform, and even prevent it from being installed.
Check the suggestions below to determine if the behavior of your platform or installation file is being affected by one of these programs.
Warsaw Diebold Nixford and GAS Technology
Warsaw is the most used security plugin in Online Banking apps and websites.
This plugin is currently incompatible with BlackArrow working on Windows systems. It is recommended that it be disabled while using the platform.
Copy Warsaw Diebold Nixford and GAS Technology and paste it into the Windows search field to find out if the plugin exists on your computer:
- If so, go to your computer's control panel and follow the steps to disable or uninstall the program. Retest the platform to verify that the behavior has normalized.
- If not, go ahead to check the antivirus.
Antivirus
To prevent the antivirus from identifying the platform as a threat, access its settings and add an exception or an exclusion.
Copy the URL of the .exe file of your license - the download link of the one sent by email and the collection in the field designated to the exclusive exceptions.
Select your antivirus exception/exclusion instructions below:
After adding the .exe file to the antivirus exception list, restart the computer, and test the platform again.
If the behavior has not normalized, proceed to Step 3 - Optimizing Platform Settings.
