Chart Trading is the trading tool used to send orders through the chart.
Modify sending parameters, view results directly on your interface, and customize its appearance and functionalities.
To view or hide Chart Trading, click the arrow on the central side (left or right) of the chart. Alternatively, right-click on the background of the chart to enable it.

Trading Parameters
At the top of the tool, select the account.
If you are using a Trading Strategy, before sending orders, make sure the strategy is selected on Bracket. You can select strategies previously configured in the Trading Strategy Editor or set the order parameters by modifying the fields in the order ticket.

Customize the price to be traded, the stop offset safety margin, and the order quantity.
Total Field
The value displayed in this field represents the current quote of the individual contract for the selected asset. This value changes according to the asset's quote and is not related to your balance, collateral allocated at the brokerage, or values invested in trades.
Customizing Defaults
Define new defaults for specific assets by accessing Settings, Trade in the Default Settings.
In the Default Values tab, you will find general settings, while in the Default Values by Asset tab, the settings will be specific to the configured asset.

Results
ChartTrading will display the results previously selected in the Settings window.
Click on the symbols to toggle between percentage and financial values.

Open PnL
The Open Result refers to the open trades at the moment and considers the average price of the position since it was opened.
If the opening was done within the current day, this result will be identical to the day's result.
When the operation is closed, the open result is reset to zero.
Daily PnL
The Day's Result is calculated based on the asset's daily variation.
The platform calculates how much your trades has fluctuated in relation to the asset's daily variation.
The Result in Points can be displayed as a Total or a Weighted Average.
In the platform's Settings window, go to Trading to define this characteristic for the result in points in the Day's Result field.

The Weighted Average option displays the same result as the "Interval Result" column in the Performance Report. Its calculation is the sum of the values in the "Interval Result" column, divided by the sum of the values in the "Quantity" column, and then multiplied by the asset's multiplication factor.
Position Result:
It can be considered the last traded value or the counterpart's offer information.
The Position Result configuration is done in the same window.
- Last Price: Uses the last traded value as a reference to calculate your result. In other words, regardless of whether you are long or short, the reference value will be the same.
- Counterpart Offer: Uses the best offer from the counterparty. That is, if you are long, the result will be calculated based on the bid price. If you are short, the result will be calculated based on the ask price.
Average Price Calculation
The average price of the position is displayed, as defined in the platform's Settings under Trading.

- Openings: Calculates the result of the position considering only the entries of the trade, without accounting for partial exits.
- Openings and Closings: Calculates the average price of the entire trade. It includes all entries and partial exits.
