To access and trade on Blackarrow, the access password is required. Below, we will demonstrate the password reset process.
The access password is used to login into our website and into the platform.
In order to reset it, click here or on Forgot my password wile trying to login on our website.
Insert the email address associated with your register and click on Send instructions by email:
You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. If you don't see it, please check your spam or trash folder.
Once you click the link, you'll be prompted to choose a new password. Your new password must meet the following requirements:
- At least 8 characters
- At least 1 digit
- At least 1 uppercase letter
- At least 1 lowercase letter
- At least 1 special character
If you haven't received our email, please check your spam and trash folders, and use your email's search tool to help locate the message.

Note: The access password is unique to each customer registration, meaning that if you already use the Profit platform, the access password will be the same for both platforms. When you change the password on one platform, the password for the other will be automatically updated.
